Lourdes Kvalem

Lourdes Kvalem is truly a healthcare staffing professional, working in the industry since 1989. Her experience includes contract staffing, permanent placement, in-house physician recruiting, and running her own permanent placement firm. She joined MDA’s Anesthesiology team in the Dallas office in January 2000, where she serves the clients and physicians in California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington State. She enjoys the long term relationships she’s built, and her clients and providers appreciate her dedication and fair minded approach to business. Consistently a top performer, Lourdes has qualified for MDA’s prestigious 500 Club annually since its inception in 2003 (based on productivity), and in 2006 was recognized as MDA’s Salesperson of the Year. Lourdes and her husband are the proud parents of two daughters, and they spend their free time at the lake, boating and enjoying lake life.
