Amy Yokum

A West Virginia native, Amy Yokum is pleased to work with clients and providers in her home state. Together with her business partner, Missy Bradley, she also serves the states of CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, and WV. Amy graduated from Alderson-Broaddus College with a B.A. in Speech Communications/Political Science. She began her healthcare career in marketing for a hospice service, then became the in-house physician recruiter for the local hospital system. While there, Amy worked with several MDA staffing consultants who suggested that she consider a career with MDA. She joined the Anesthesiology locum tenens team in 2000, and has consistently been an active contributor to the team’s honor of being “Team of the Year” (based on productivity) for 2000-2006. In her free time, Amy enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children; one of their favorite pastimes is lake fishing together on their family boat.
